Adapting to the Future of Work: Dream Up

(A Convening For Professionals)

Adapting to the Future of Work is a JobsFirstNYC signature, annual two-day convening addressing how we can collectively foster a more adaptive and engaging environment for the future. July 14th, a day for Professionals, is to inspire participants to have meaningful discussions and share effective solutions about how we can better prepare young people, the communities where they live, and the institutions that serve them to successfully navigate the evolving economy.

Here is a preview of some of what that our handpicked guests will be talking about:

  • How Dreaming Up can provide a compass for young adults
  • How philanthropists, educators, funders, and academics/educators are Dreaming Up inclusive new strategies to help young adults attain their dreams
  • How governmental action can help manifest the American dream of equitable access to healthcare, education, employment, civic empowerment, and well-being
  • How well researched and evidence-based disruptive action can lead to systemic change for young adult education and career pathways
