In this role, she provides strategic oversight for citywide sector partnerships, identifying and advancing practices and policies that drive better outcomes for employers and workers. Denise brings over two decades of expertise in systems thinking, specifically integrating labor market intelligence with digital transformation insights to drive systemic change. She is particularly focused on the structural impact of Artificial Intelligence, helping the workforce field anticipate and adapt to economic disruption through innovative frameworks.
Prior to joining JobsFirst NYC, Denise founded a modern work consultancy focused on behavioral change and operational design, following a successful career in corporate finance where she served as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs.
Denise holds a bachelor of business studies in economics and finance from the University of Limerick, Ireland, and a masters in business administration in corporate finance from Fordham University.
