Ashley is the Manager of Community Solutions at JobsFirstNYC. In this role, she leads the portfolio of JobsFirstNYC’s place-based partnerships, focused on creating localized solutions that respond to the unique needs of neighborhood communities with high numbers of young adults who are out of school and out of work. With a focus on cultivating community partnerships, expanding economic opportunities, enhancing engagement with practitioners, and promoting sustainable partnership development, she will prioritize the strategic and forward-thinking management of initiatives to accelerate and advance JobsFirstNYC’s mission. Before joining JobsFirstNYC, Ashley served as a job developer at Bridge Street Development Corporation,. She has also held key roles at CASES and Sheltering Arms, supporting justice-involved and underserved youth through career readiness programming and community-driven initiatives. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Medgar Evers College.
