Stephany is the Manager of Community Solutions at JobsFirst NYC. In this role, she provides strategic, forward-looking cultivation and management of the organization’s community solutions strategies as it relates to place-based solutions, community cultivation, partnership development and with a dual focus on expanding engagement with practitioners as well as promoting sustainable partnership development and maintenance practices in order to accelerate and advance JobsFirstNYC’s goals and objectives. Prior to this role, Stephany served as Director of Core Services at The Knowledge House, a tech education nonprofit where she focused on empowering and sustaining tech talent pipelines for youth and young adults through strategic community partnerships and standardization of organizational practices. She has also served on the Leadership Team for ChickTech, a national nonprofit dedicated to retaining women in the technology workforce and increasing the number of women and girls pursuing technology-based careers. Stephany has a BA from Columbia University.
